Shipping Policy

First of all - thank you for interest in purchasing products from our shop!

SHIPPING

Current order fulfillment is generally 3-5 days (unless otherwise notified). Shipping delivery times vary due to location and will be extended a couple days due to covid. Items are shipped via FedEx, Purolator or UPS.

Wholesale and bulk orders take longer, generally between 5 - 14 days, and will be invoiced separately.

If you have received a damaged item, please email lunarlovecandleco@gmail.com with the subject line 'Damaged Product' and including the order number and product that was damaged. We want you to be able to enjoy your new items!

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are the Waterloo Region or don't mind taking a drive, please select 'local pick up' through checkout.

If you are having someone pick up your package on your behalf, please leave a note and select 'local pick up'. An email will be sent to arrange a day and approximate time for contactless pick up. 

*Please note, pick ups are currently offered at our home, as this is a home based business. We do not offer pick up Holidays.*

We are now shipping to Canada and the United States!

**All duties, brokerage fees and custom charges (tariffs, taxes etc) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Lunar Love Candle Co. is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages, in which a tracking number has been associated and has been marked as delivered.**
